FAQs

  • What does a typical engagement look like?

Most firms start with an AI Roadmapping engagement (4-6 weeks). We interview your team, audit your workflows, and deliver a prioritized implementation plan with quick wins identified. From there, firms typically move into AI Workflows (building the systems) or AI Advisory (ongoing guidance and support). You choose the pace.

  • How do you protect our client data and project files?

We work within your existing Microsoft/SharePoint environment. No client data leaves your systems. We operate under NDA from day one, and your IT team gets full visibility into every tool and workflow we deploy. We can also structure AI workflows to avoid sensitive files entirely.

  • What if our team is skeptical about AI?

Skepticism is expected. 57% of contractors cite reliability concerns about AI (Dodge/CMiC 2025). We start with the work nobody enjoys— status reports, boilerplate, data entry— and let results do the convincing. When your team gets hours back, the conversation shifts on its own.

  • Do you work with engineering and construction firms specifically?

Yes. We focus on mid-market E+C firms— proposals, RFIs, submittals, compliance docs, and project coordination. We're ACEC members. We know what RFP season feels like and what your team is actually spending their time on.

  • We already tried Copilot. Why would this be different?

Copilot is a tool. Tools don't implement themselves. Most firms we talk to bought licenses, ran a few experiments, and stalled. We start by figuring out which workflows actually benefit from AI, then build the systems around your team's real work and actual workflows.
